Welcome to Providence Eye & Laser Specialists, a practice I founded in 2003 with a singular vision: to provide meticulous medical care and a personalized approach to vision correction surgery. Over the past 22 years, it has been my privilege to help tens of thousands of people in the Carolinas and beyond achieve the clear, vibrant vision they deserve through procedures like LASIK, EVO ICL and PRK.
As I reflect on this incredible journey, I am filled with gratitude for the trust so many of you have placed in me and my team. These moments have reminded me time and again why I chose to dedicate my career to vision correction surgery.
After more than two decades of serving as your LASIK surgeon, I am stepping into a new chapter of life. Retirement will allow me the opportunity to spend cherished time with my grown children, prioritize my health through exercise, and explore the world—something I have always dreamed of doing.
This decision did not come quickly or lightly. Over the past three years, I have worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition for our patients and staff. My goal has always been to safeguard the exceptional standard of care that has defined Providence Eye. That’s why I am thrilled to pass the torch to Dr. Trey Nunnery, a highly skilled and compassionate surgeon whom I trust implicitly to carry this legacy forward.
Dr. Nunnery shares my unwavering commitment to precision, innovation, and patient-centered care.
